I was so excited to join the Facebook bandwagon - I know matagal na yun, pero nakakatuwang makita mga tao na naglalaro ng Farmtown, Mafia Wars and the other applications of Facebook.

So heto na, nagsign-up na ako, and upon tinkering with this new cybertoy, they gave me this

Kung bitter sya dahil iniwan sya ni Hayden at kung galit sya dahil nakita ng buong sambayanan at ng buong mundo ang paglamutak sa kanyang privies, ibunton nya ang sisi sa nagvideo at huwag mandamay ng iba.

Please lang, I'm sure during that time nasarapan naman sya and kaya lang siguro sya naghahanap ng butas kay Vicki dahil alam nyang wala syang maikakaso against Hayden. Kung pera lang gusto nya, kaya syang sampalin at ibaon sa lupa ng mga LV bags at mamahaling bags ni Vicki.

Last May 28 in SMX Convention Center MOA, we were invited to attend a catwalk event in line with the celebrations of Philippine Fashion Week. One of the male designers in focus was a friend's friend who gave us tickets for the event. This was my first time to see a real one.

So this is what it looked like during a fashion show. Celebrity actors, designers, and models were there to grace the presentation. Female models with heels that could kill walked on the floor with their angled bodies and somewhat stomping feet in tune with the music. Male models show off their nice physique and poker faces while walking down the aisle. The clothes were basically based on the designers' unique concepts.

Yes, I know and I admit to be a guy who's not fashionably blessed. I just wear the same and 'safe' collared or striped shirt everyday. And I tried to appreciate some of the designs, unfortunately, I'm really not much of a fashionista. So I just made most of the occasion by camwhoring. And guess who we had a picture with.

Uhm, Erm, okay. That made real sense ... and it would alleviate the country from its dire state. Well educated people should transcend beyond the pettiness of school rivalries; they should discuss and enlighten others with issues that mediocre minds couldn't fathom.

My, oh my, how time flies!

I could still remember myself in kindergarten. Life was so simple. I'm thankful for all the blessings I have received all these years. Thank you po for making me as strong, as wise and as courageous as I should be. Looking things in retrospect, I know now why things happened.

Thank po ulit for everything.

Sa lahat ng mga nakaalala salamat. Sa mga hindi, ibig sabihin may memory gap ka na. hehehehe

I called up the good-ol PLDT 171 Repair Hotline last Friday to report our grounded warehouse phone. Apparently they were also having line rehabilitation in the area which might have caused the line interruption, nevertheless I still asked for a repair guy to check our place and see that maybe there's a problem on our side.

No one since Friday came. Then I called again, and again and again.

Tuesday morning, irrate and with still no PLDT line at hand, I called their hotline via our home landline. This bitch whom I wasn't able to get the name suddenly, in the middle of my rantings, acted that as if the line got messed up and couldn't hear me. I was just asking her to request a person to come over to our place to concurrently check if the problem was on our side and maybe not the rehabilitation thing and she gave this tons of reasons that these guys couldn't go. That stupid bitch! I was using our house PLDT landline phone and there were no possibilities of it "auto muting" or lose signal.

Ate, that's Call Center Technique# 21512 on "How to get rid of irrate customers" and she's no good with it.

Then I called again, this guy named 'Reno' (or something that sound similar) cordially accepted my request and just before my lunch break someone came to repair the line. As what I predicted the problem was, the phone line on our end DID HAVE a problem!

Minsan hindi ko alam kung nag-iisip ba ang ilang mga call center people tulad nang bitch na to. Marami ang hindi marunong ng customer service - or maybe baka yun lang kaya ng makikitid nilang kokote. If you're dealing with customer request and complaints please equip yourself with the right people skills and always say things on how to help your clients like reporting it, expediting the request, making the follow-up as what your their can only do.
